Let's be honest..

If you are anything like us, you have said  “Yes” more times that you like to admit to things that wear you down, such as:

… A friend’s 100th ask to do something you don’t really like doing.

… A request to volunteer for something no one else wanted to do.

There are ways to ditch unwanted Ditties in your life AND maintain your relationships, all while claiming more time for the things that matter most to you. We have explored with women around the world the tips and tricks that work best for ditching Ditties and combined that with leading edge research on the unique dynamics that we face as women when making decisions in our lives.

JOIN US FOR OUR NEXT

A 4-week program and ongoing community

You will:

  • Explore a framework to support intentionality in your decision-making.

  • Identify the 4 most common Ditty Dynamics that lead you to say “Yes” when you really want to say “No” to someone else’s ask or task.

  • Recognize the 4 most common Ditty Disguises that can lead us to taking on Ditties.

  • Practice different ways to say “No” to Ditties that come your way.

  • Clarify your priorities and define what matters most to you.

  • Laugh along the way as we all learn how to better ditch Ditties together!

This program will be led by the Ditch the Ditty co-founders, Molly, Miriam and Lindsey.   With over X years of combined teaching and facilitation experience, our dynamic trio has facilitated over X of people and we are the most excited we have ever been to facilitate this unique program.
